Dear Friend’s,

I am in jail.

The victims mother is accusing me of having contacted the victim.

I asked my DA to subpoena him.

The DA agreed, but told the judge that he didn’t have the victims contact information and that parole didn’t have it either which he said was “really weird”.

If the court manages to find the victim it is my understanding that his travel expenses and hotel accommodations would be paid for by the court.

My trail hearing is on April 27th at the San Luis Obispo Court house in Department 10.

I believe it is at 1:00 Pm,

But I am not sure.
